• In winter months, a complimentary large basket of logs, kindling and fire lighters (additional supplies are available at a fee)

• Kitchen essentials including a supply of eco laundry and dishwasher tablets, eco washing-up liquid, cling film, tin foil, tea towels, cloths, linen napkins and kitchen roll
• Bathroom essentials including loo roll, cotton wool and cotton buds
• Toiletries and scented tealights

• Festive decorations, including a real Christmas tree, over the Christmas period

Change over and Check out
Our changeover day is Saturday for Walkmill House and Thursday for Walkmill Lodge. Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is by 10am.

Security Deposit

We require a Security Deposit of £200 to be paid which covers the costs of breakages/damage and the cost of excess cleaning should it be necessary. If all is in order on your departure this deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure. This payment is due with your balance 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
